The activity aimed to assess the 2025 accomplishments and operational improvements of the Administrative and Finance Units, as well as the Project Management Units under the Office of the Director, including the Forests for Life: 5 Million Trees by 2028 Program (FFL), AFoCO Vertical Integration Project (AFoCO VIP), and AFoCO Non-Timber Forest Products Project (AFoCO NTFP).

Through constructive feedback, innovative ideas, and collaborative problem-solving, all personnel actively contributed to enhancing the Bureau’s performance and supported the leadership in shaping future performance improvement initiatives.
