The Forest Management Bureau conducted the “Salamat, Mabuhay” Retirement Program via Zoom on 20 December 2021 to honor and pay tribute to its retiring employees of the Bureau, namely: Mr. Romualdo D. Dela Cruz (45 years in service), Engr. Felix L. Lechoncito (36 years in service), For. Nemesio M. Beronilla (38 years in service), Mr. Eugene V. Estrada (38 years in service), For. Peregrino S. Bagunu, Jr. (35 years of service), For. Rebecca B. Aguda (38 years in service), and For. Jesus A. Javier (44 years in service).
Through the program, the legacy of the retirees was celebrated. The program began with a message from the DENR Assistant Secretary for Policy, Planning and Foreign-Assisted and Special Projects, and concurrent FMB Director, Marcial C. Amaro, Jr., and Assistant Director Edna D. Nuestro, followed by an audiovisual presentation consisting of blissful and inspiring retirement wishes from the FMB community dedicated to the retirees.
Plaques of recognition were awarded to all the retirees for their valuable service at the end of the program.
